Terms of service
These terms and conditions set out the basis upon which you can use our website and place orders for items on offer. By ordering goods from our website, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

Orders
The display of products on our website is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.
Upon receiving an order, your card details will be checked and the payment will be taken. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email once the order is placed via our website or email. Exceptions apply to personalized items and goods made to your order, orders for which cannot be canceled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. Products
Every care is taken to describe products as accurately as possible. Designs and colours may vary, also colours and embroidery are not guaranteed, so please wash separately or, preferably, dry clean. Due to photographic light items may appear slightly different in colours and embroidery.
As all skin types are different and suffer from any allergy, we highly recommend that you seek your own health advice before purchasing any off our range of beauty products. Although all care is taken to provide safe products, if any allergy occurs, stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice.
Cancellations
If, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of goods made to your specification).
If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched, please e-mail us at info@invogueuk.com or contact us at the telephone number provided.
If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched, please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to return an order.
Sale & Clearance Items
Any sale or clearance items, along with preorders, are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Complaints
Any complaints will be dealt fairly and in a confidential manner, seeking to resolve any issue effectively.
Should this be the case please contact us by email (preferred) but if you contact us by telephone we still request you write to us so any issue is transparent for both parties to seek a swift resolve.
We politely request that you include your contact details, with receipt/order number where appropriate.
